<p>If you&#8217;re one of those people that needs bacon for breakfast every morning and do not even like the idea of eating breakfast without bacon, then you&#8217;re probably going to be extremely upset to find out that bacon is horrible for your skin. The majority of the problem lies in the grease that bacon is infamous for having. Because of that, if you can&#8217;t quit eating bacon, you can do yourself a huge favor and try to bake your bacon in the oven instead of frying it. You should also try to towel a bit of the grease off the bacon before you eat it as well.<span id="more-123"></span></p>

Both of these can cause your skin to break out horribly. Combined, you are getting a real knockout in terms of acne causing foods. Try to stay away from french fries as much as you possibly can.</p>
